This week’s accessory is definitely an oldie, but a goodie. It has managed to stand the test of time, and fiddle its way into the hearts and closets of many. It is… the Emilio Pucci scarf. Since 1951, these scarves have been the height of Italian chic. Pucci was known for his vivid, geometric prints, called “Pucci prints.” While I don’t agree with a head to toe ensemble in these prints, they look fabulous in small doses. This scarf is beg enough to be tied hundreds of different ways (see the Hermes Silk Knot app for suggestions and directions, Available on Itunes Free). Just looking at this beautiful painting on silk will put you in a trance.
